Weldomat has a limited number of remanufactured machines for sale.
Rebuilding
Rebuilding is the disassembly and reassembly of the equipment and
components. It includes cleaning, evaluating, replacing and reworking
parts to restore to mechanically “like-new” condition with
all specifications remaining the same as when the equipment was originally
built.
Remanufacturing
In addition to rebuilding the equipment to “like-new” conditions,
remanufacturing further enhances the equipment with today’s latest
technologies and designs to improve production quality and increase
utilization with a lower capital investment.
Machines remanufactured by Weldomat are completely rebuilt. All parts
found out of-tolerance are replaced with brand new parts. Hoses and
wiring are replaced. The housings are stripped and re-painted.
When remanufacturing is completed, these machines meet or exceed the
performance characteristics of the original equipment.
It is our policy always to fit up-to-date control units for maximum
service life, performance, accuracy and safety.
As with brand-new machines:
- All our remanufactured machines come with full documentation and
warranty
- Training for your operating staff at our factory is included
- We support all customers of remanufactured machines with technical
support, tooling and replacement parts
